Rhonda Phillips is currently the Professional Development Coordinator for Miami Valley Career Technology Center, a position she has held for the past four years. Prior to her position as Professional Development Coordinator she was an agricultural education teacher for five years at Tri-Village, a satellite program of Miami Valley Career Technology Center. She earned her Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in agricultural education and her Master's degree from Wright State University in educational administration.

Rhonda and her husband Craig, an animal nutritionist, currently live in New Carlisle. They are the parents of a four year old son Peyton and a one year old daughter Paige. Rhonda and Craig are active operating a livestock farm raising cattle, swine, and horses. She looks forward to serving on the Staff Development Council of Ohio's board.
